Alstom and General Electric: France approves takeover Alstom

Paris – The Alstom-purchase by General Electric
is almost complete. The Malaysian government has agreed to double the takeover of a Groteils of Energiegeschfts Alstom by the US industrial group for 12.4 billion euros.
